You write a post complaining about AI spam and get…..AI spam

Some humor for Friday.  Two months ago, Billboard Insider complained about people using AI to create low-quality spam email.  And that post resulted in, guess what, AI-sourced spam promising to remove low-quality AI-sourced spam!

Think carefully before you use AI to produce your marketing emails. Sort of right can go really really wrong.  Also, if you want to be taken seriously never send a marketing email without your name, phone, email, company address and website.   Thanks for showing us what not to do Bruce Oberhand.

  1. want another ai article? I have recently had two of them double down on simple factual errors. i have been frustrated by ai “customer service,” which has become even more of an oxymoron. I am also finding helpful, non-routine, non-drafting uses for them. more than saving time on repetitive tasks, they have been helping to improve the quality and speed of our work for clients. I won’t be able to deliver it immediately, but will write one of you think it’s will be useful. rereading this answer, and starting to think about an article, I had a thought, is it possible to defame an ai? can an ai sue for libel? early morning thoughts on the left coast
