Billboard Insider, LLC was formed by Dave Westburg and John Weller in July 2015 to provide daily news and analysis on the outdoor advertising business.  Dave Westburg and John Weller are co-publishers.

Dave is a partner in Billboard Loans, a private finance company which provides provides debt and equity to small outdoor advertising companies.

Dave also operates Circle City Outdoor, an out of home advertising company with 44 faces in Minnesota and Indiana.
