Tom Giesken on the Fentanyl Kills PSA

I recently was approached via email and then a phone conversation by Jeremy Bayless. Jeremy was a father who experienced a true tragedy. His daughter was basically murdered by someone who tainted a drug with a lethal dose of Fentanyl. Jeremy’s daughter was by no means a habitual drug user. As a matter of fact, she hadn’t done much experimenting at all. But all it takes is one time!

After setting up a meeting Jeremy wanted to meet face to face to check the costs to post an advertisement on my digitals on I-75 so he could get the message out and possibly save some lives and in turn save a lot other Father’s potential anguish similar to what he has gone through.  As Jeremy said, I don’t want one Dad to have to go through what I went through. And, if I can save one kid and one Father’s remorse it will be well worth it.

Did you know that all it takes is 2 milligrams of fentanyl to kill a person. That’s the same amount as 4 grains of sand!!! That’s same amount that will fit on the tip of a pencil!!! Did you know there is a fentanyl epidemic right now. So much fentanyl is being brought across from the southern border illegally. So much so that there is enough fentanyl to kill every single person by overdose in America twice over!!!

So, after hearing his heartbreak I thought I/we billboard operators could help and make this thing go National and help swing the balance the other way and save many lives!!

Please see attached 5 different version of artwork PSA usage. Feel free to use them at your disposal. If you do, please email tom@gieskenoutdoor.com and let me know how many locations and an idea of the # of impressions this will get.

Thank you so much!!  Tom Giesken
