This is a misleading article. The data treats Wyoming and South Dakota as equal to California and New York for the purpose of calculating an average of 100%. The more interesting information is how many potential customers of OOH ads are back on the road and consuming media? 330 million people are not moving around just as they did before Covid-19 started, so I challenge the headline “Traffic back to normal”.
