The Independent Billboard Operators USA (“IBOUSA”) will have a telepathy and mind-bending skills panel at the Spring 2022 conference May 4-6 in Kansas City, MO. “Our members biggest frustration is dealing with uncooperative municipal staffers,” says IBO General Manager Chris Cowlbeck. “We want to give members the tools to succeed in an increasingly competitive environment.” The panel will include a behavioral scientist and psychologist. Topics to be covered during the session are:
- Dominating the mind.
- Simple hypnotism
- Techniques for brain control.
“It’s changed the way I deal with local officials,” says Cowlbeck. “Here’s a picture of a recalcitrant city planning employee on whom I applied mind control techniques. My permit was approved in 45 seconds!”
