Barfield Outdoor operates an out of home plant with 16 faces in North Carolina.  Ken Barfield is President.  Zach Barfield is Vice President.

How did you get in the Out of Home business?

Our family used to be in the BBQ sauce business and we decided to try advertising on a billboard with a local company. Several years later we decided to get into the advertising business ourselves and it has taken off from there.

Tell us about your plant.

We have an out of home plant located in eastern North Carolina.  One of our main goals when we began was to help local businesses in our backyard.

What impact did Covid have on your company?

Thankfully we were fortunate enough to not be affected by covid in a major way. We were able to pick up some new clients looking to hire employees.

What are some of your objectives for the coming year?

When we started our business, we decided to focus on placing structures around our hometown to organize a good base. This year we are looking to branch out further into other parts of eastern NC to expand our reach.
