Primary Outdoor Media operates a billboard plant with 400 total faces including 12 digital faces in Texas.  The firm is an operator associate in the IBOUSA.  In early 2018 Primary acquired 50 billboards around Dallas from Hoss Outdoor.  In 2022, they purchased structures in East Texas from DTO Advertising.  Billboard Insider talked with Josh Feferman, the firm’s managing partner.

What’s new over the past year?

The folks at Primary Media have been busy making sales and adding inventory to our plant.  We’ve built 20 new statics and 8 new digitals.
