YESCO Outdoor Acquires 12 Digital Faces in Eastern Idaho

Insider noticed YESCO’s acquisition announcement yesterday, so we reached out to Patrick O’Donnell, President of YESCO Outdoor Media for some details on their purchase.

Pat, Why did these signs make sense for YESCO to acquire?

YESCO has been operating both its on-premise and off-premise sign businesses in Southern and Eastern Idaho for decades. Pocatello is a growing city, a university town, and one that is at the very center of our geographical footprint. It really checked all the boxes to tuck this plant in.

The acquisition was for 12 digitals faces. Are all the structures double sided? What size are the signs? 

We purchased (12) 12’x24′ digital faces, 5 double-faced and two single-faced. We run 8 slots per unit, increasing our digital count by 96 faces.

Did Performance use the same sign manufacturer for all 12 faces? 

Performance Outdoor used two different vendors for their displays. We will convert them over time as necessary to better integrate with the 61 other digital signs we operate.
