Vastino Ventures, Inc. has acquired strategic outdoor assets in New England from Carlisle Capital Corporation.

The seller, Carlisle Capital Corporation, is a private investment and management company as well as a major investor in New England television, radio, digital, and outdoor assets.

The buyer, Vastino Ventures, Inc., is a consulting and advisory firm with nearly two decades of experience in the media and real estate sectors. The co-owner, Dominick Vastino, specializes in capitalizing on business opportunities in outdoor advertising, real estate, and consumer products.
