Most out of home companies tell Billboard Insider revenues have begun to recover from Covid-19 lows.  This is verified by Insider’s experience.  Here are  cash collections and billings compared to a January 2020 baseline for Insider’s Indiana and Minnesota out of home plant.

Cash collections took a sharp plunge in March and April but collections for May were actually above January due to resumed payments and prepayments on contract renewals and new business.

Billings are lagging collections but have begun to rebound and will show a sharp increase in June.
