Insider had an email pop into our Inbox that caught our attention.  With the permission of Jim Schultheis, and given that it is Friday…. We give you the Stumpy’s Hatchet House, Watchfire Sales Tip.

The Urgent Care tip I just sent to you reminded me of a “sport” that is gaining in popularity across the US . . . Axe throwing!

 I’ve attached 50 pieces of excellent creative from dozens of axe-throwing companies.  They include examples of ax hurling tournaments (complete with scores posted “live” on the digital billboard,) axe throwing “first date nights,” axe throwing team building, axe throwing stag nights, axe throwing bachelorette parties, and even axe throwing divorce parties where you pin a picture of your ex on the target . . . phew, you get the idea.

All the ads are great, but I’m a little concerned about “Stumpy’s Hatchet House.”  How did they pick that name?  Who is Stumpy?  Did he lose a limb in an axe accident?  Is he OK?  I did some investigating and discovered Stumpy’s is now a franchise with over 40 locations from New York to California.  No word on Stumpy, but I guess he’s doing well.

Google “Axe Throwing” and “Hatchet Throwing” to find axe-throwing venues within 30 minutes of your boards.  (Yes, people really will drive 30 minutes to throw an axe.)   Ask the owners if they’d like to see pictures of digital billboard ads other axe throwing establishments are using.  Of course, they WILL!  Show them the pictures and tell them about your digital eye magnets.

Keep your head up, shoulders back, and eyes focused on the bullseye for 100% occupancy on all your boards!
