Spratlin Outdoor has divested bulletin assets in Georgia to Horton Outdoor.  Williamson and Associates brokered the transaction.  Insider talked with Marty Williamson.

Did Spratlin sell all their boards or do they own others?

With the exception of 1 location on I-20 in Metro Atlanta, Spratlin Media sold all other assets to Horton Outdoor.

What made the transaction a good fit for Horton?

Many of the locations are on I-75 North and are excellent additions to Horton’s existing North GA inventory. Additionally, Horton’s Corporate Office is near I-75 North in Cartersville, keeping this acquisition close to home. These assets are a great addition to their now very comprehensive North GA coverage.
