Know your opposition.  Here’s Scenic America’s budget for the past five fiscal years.  We’ve updated the table based on Scenic America’s 2021 Form 990 for the year ended March 2021.

• Revenues increased 23% to $1.0 million for the year ended March 2021.
• Expenses increased by 20% to $967,000 for the year ended March 2021 due to an increase in the president’s salary and the addition of a staff member.  Scenic had 8 staff members in fiscal 2021 up from 7 staff members in fiscal 2020.
• Scenic President Mark Falzone earned a salary of $241,250 in 2021, up from $183,000 in 2020 up from $163,000 in 2019.
