Personal injury lawyers are big users of billboards.  Last week the principals of the personal injury law firm Rainwater Holt & Sexton purchased an out of home plant to be able to advertise their firm’s services.  Their company RSG Signs purchased some Arkansas billboards owned by Arrington Outdoor.  SignValue acted as sales consultant for RSG Sign Holdings.  Kalil and Co was advisor to Arrington.    Insider talked with Rick Gunther, CFO of Rainwater Holt and Sexton.

RSG Sign Holdings, LLC is a small Arkansas billboard company acquiring assets.

Tell us about the assets you bought and what made you interested in buying.

We are primarily an advertising law firm, so we are taking the strategic approach of buying/investing in boards that we can lease and use for advertising our law firm.

Interesting times to close an acquisition.
