Premier Outdoor Media Adds 18 Digital Displays

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.Feb. 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — As one of the largest, independent outdoor advertising companies in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, Premier Outdoor Media is proud to announce the expansion of 18 newly constructed digital advertising displays in New YorkNew JerseyDelaware and Pennsylvania that are coming on-line in Q1 2023. These new digital locations increase Premier’s already expansive network to 45 large-format digital advertising displays. Additionally, Premier will add 7 new static faces within the same footprint. Overall, Premier will have added more than 130 digital advertising faces in the year ended March 31, 2023.

These new digital displays are located on some of the most heavily traveled roads in the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast regions and will reach millions of consumers traveling in these markets daily. The new digital displays offer advertisers excellent visibility and feature technological capabilities that take outdoor advertising to a new level.

Dom, you have 18 new digital displays and 7 static faces coming online in quarter one. Are all of these from organic growth or were some or all acquired?

We have a phenomenal real estate development team and they were able to source all of these locations organically. In fact, almost all of the growth we have seen over the past 12 months has come from our organic efforts.

Did you work with the same manufacturer on all the new digitals?

We work exclusively with Watchfire and they are providing all of the new digitals for us. Watchfire has been an outstanding partner for Premier Outdoor Media and we are proud to work with them.

Are you primarily focusing on organic growth or are you also considering additional acquisitions to grow your footprint?

We have a two-pronged strategy to grow our footprint, which entails continued organic growth sourced by our real estate development team as well as through a disciplined acquisition approach. Given our independent status and our market share in the region, Premier Outdoor is an acquiror of choice for outdoor companies looking to sell their business.

Thanks John! I am very excited about the trajectory that we have at Premier and I think that 2023 is going to be an outstanding year for Dominick and the team.

Caruth Capital and our investors are eager to continue to fund the growth at Premier Outdoor. We have a significant amount of capital earmarked for further growth, both equity capital from our investors and lending capital from our partners at Firstrust Bank in Philadelphia. Firstrust has been a great partner for Premier over the past several years and we are excited to have them helping us build the business going forward.
