Pioneer Outdoor has acquired all the assets of Midwest Outdoor Media in Missouri.  The billboards are located between Kansas City, MO and Columbia, MO and include one location in Northwest MO. The 26 faces and one permit were all of the assets of Midwest Outdoor Media. We will complete construction of a digital board in Boonville, MO at the end of May on the acquired permit.

Pioneer’s Stu Lipscomb tells Insider: “The sale was court ordered because of lawsuits that the two partners had against each other. Attorney Jim MacLaughlin at Lloyd & MacLaughlin was in charge of collecting offers from interested parties. We made the highest and best offer.  I won’t speak to price but it was a cash deal.  All the structures are big steel monopoles on I-49 and I-70 and surrounding areas.”
