Ever play bocce?  Brad Tooley of Choice Media says this:

Part of our mission statement is to have fun. Occasionally we announce on the speaker for everyone to meet in the lobby for a quick game of bocce.

So we have sales people, operations, bookkeepers, graphic artist, etc. that spend 10-15 minutes outdoors playing a game of bocce. Good for circulation and team building.
