Oregon Business announced their list of 100 best companies in Oregon and the Out of Home industry was well represented as the top prize in the small company category (15 to 34 Oregon employees) went to Meadow Outdoor Advertising.
Finalists were determined, primarily by company employees, as a minimum of 15 employees or 10% of the Oregon workforce completes a survey. The survey asks questions that are divided into 6 sections:
- Work Environment
- Management & Communications
- Decision-making & Trust
- Career Development and Learning
- Benefits & Compensation
- Sustainable Practices
The competition invites all Oregon employees to participate. Senior executives and/or owners may not participate. Employees that own 10% or more in the company are also exempt.
