London | Marco Orlandi has joined OOH Capital, the global Out of Home advisory company and consultancy.

Marco has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of digital transformation, Out of Home media, and smart city infrastructure. As CEO of Pladway and IT Director of the Voilàp Group, he leads digital strategy and programmatic DOOH platform development across Italy and international markets, working with municipalities, media owners, and private investors to design scalable urban technology ecosystems.

Earlier in his career, Marco led the digital transformation programme at Grandi Stazioni — Italy’s landmark high-traffic station network — directing the project that repositioned the company as one of Europe’s leading premium OOH environments. That experience gave him deep operational knowledge of large-scale concession models, urban media infrastructure, and the dynamics of high-footfall public spaces.
