WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 14, 2026 – The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) today announced the jury for the 2026 OOH Media Plan Awards, bringing together nine leaders from across brands, agencies, media owners and technology to recognize the most effective and innovative strategic thinking in out of home (OOH) advertising.
For more than 25 years, the OOH Media Plan Awards have celebrated the critical role media planning plays in turning great ideas into impactful campaigns. The program recognizes the strategy behind the work, from understanding audiences and allocating investment to selecting the right environments, formats and moments to connect with consumers.
As OOH continues to become more dynamic, data-driven and integrated within the broader media mix, this year’s jury reflects the range of expertise increasingly shaping how the medium is planned and activated. The nine judges bring perspectives spanning brand leadership, agency strategy, programmatic media, OOH sales and technology, providing a cross-section of the industry responsible for bringing campaigns from strategy to execution.
“Great OOH is powered by great planning,” said Olivia Oshry, Chief Marketing Officer, OAAA. “The OOH Media Plan Awards recognize the strategic thinking that turns the possibilities of the medium into real impact, from understanding audiences and identifying the right moments and places to show up to making every placement and investment work harder. This year’s jury brings together an exceptional range of advertising perspectives, and we look forward to celebrating the plans that demonstrate just how powerful OOH can be when strategy, insight and execution come together.”
