Billboard Insider has run across a new website called Perch which prices 1,196 permitted billboards in Chicago.  See Perch Chicago.  The site connects the IDOT’s permit registry and traffic counts, grades billboards and models what a billboard should cost.  We expect to see more sites like this as AI and AI coding reduce the cost of developing new out of home apps.
