New York, NY – August 3, 2026 – OUTFRONT (NYSE: OUT), one of the largest and most-trusted IRL media companies in the U.S., today announced the appointment of Huw Griffiths as Chief Data Officer, Paul Valente as Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Caitlin Kelly as Vice President, Communications, and Salim Holder as Vice President, Multicultural Growth & Partnerships, alongside the promotions of Liz Rave to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Michael Perrotta to Senior Vice President, Internal Audit. The appointments were announced by Chief People Officer Laurie Rosenfield.
“We’re building a leadership team that brings together the expertise needed to help define the future and quantify the value of IRL as a trusted medium in an era during which people are responding to AI and other forces by seeking more real-life experiences,” said Rosenfield. “Huw, Paul, Caitlin, and Salim each bring unique expertise that will help strengthen our capabilities while Liz and Michael have consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and impact.”

Huw Griffiths joins OUTFRONT as Chief Data Officer, where he will lead the company’s data, audience, analytics, and measurement capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, Jeff Hackett, he will oversee the Research & Insights team and help accelerate OUTFRONT’s efforts to deliver more sophisticated audience solutions and measurement capabilities for advertisers. Griffiths brings a unique combination of agency leadership, product strategy, analytics, and measurement expertise. He began his career in market research before helping build the advanced analytics practice at Omnicom’s OMD. He later served as Chief Product Officer at IPG’s UM, overseeing global research, data, tools, and analytics, before becoming Chief Product Strategist at IPG’s Kinesso. Most recently, he has advised companies through his own consulting practice.

Paul Valente joins OUTFRONT as Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition, where he will lead the company’s enterprise talent acquisition strategy and recruiting organization. As a member of the Human Resources leadership team, he will partner closely with senior leaders to align workforce planning and recruiting strategies with the company’s evolving business needs. Paul will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including executive recruiting, recruiting operations, employment branding, recruiting technology, vendor management, and talent analytics, helping ensure OUTFRONT continues to attract and develop the talent needed to support its growth and long-term success.

Caitlin Kelly will join OUTFRONT as Vice President, Communications to lead corporate communications, executive visibility, public relations, thought leadership, and strategic storytelling, helping strengthen OUTFRONT’s position as the leader in IRL media. She brings nearly two decades of experience building growth narratives for media, marketing, technology, and high-growth companies, with deep expertise translating complex industries into compelling stories that drive business impact.
Prior to joining OUTFRONT, Caitlin founded EZ Newswire, a communications technology platform backed by leading media investors including Hearst, and built two successful advisory businesses serving companies across the advertising and marketing ecosystem. Earlier in her career, she spent six years at MediaLink, where she rose to Vice President, International, helping expand the firm’s global business and advising many of the industry’s leading media and technology companies.

Also joining the company is Salim Holder as Vice President, Multicultural Growth & Partnerships, a newly created role focused on building strategic partnerships that expand OUTFRONT’s reach across influential cultural communities and organizations. An entrepreneur, marketer, and storyteller, Holder brings experience spanning brand marketing, business building, and workforce innovation, and will help drive new growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and deepen OUTFRONT’s cultural relevance in the marketplace.

Working closely with Kelly and Holder will be OUTFRONT’s marketing team, including Liz Rave, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing. Rave has been instrumental in elevating our marketing strategy and brand presence, helping OUTFRONT position as a leader in the evolving IRL media landscape. Earlier this year, she expanded her responsibilities to include leadership of our centralized Content team, overseeing content marketing, social video, and the continued evolution of our brand expression across channels. In her new role, Liz will continue to lead strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position, deepen engagement with clients and partners, and support OUTFRONT’s continued growth. Her collaborative leadership, creative vision, and commitment to innovation have made a meaningful impact across the organization. Rave was recognized as a member of the inaugural class of the Top 24 Women Who Drive OOH Growth.

Finally, Michael Perrotta has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Internal Audit, recognizing his contributions to strengthening governance, operational excellence, and financial oversight across the organization. Before joining OUTFRONT in 2014 to start the company’s internal audit department, Perrotta did the same for CBS, which he joined in 2006. Prior to CBS, he worked at local and regional public accounting firms before going to PwC, where he became senior manager in its Technology, InfoCom, Media and Entertainment practice.
Together, these appointments further strengthen OUTFRONT’s leadership team as it continues investing in the communications, data, technology, creativity, and talent shaping the future of IRL media.
