In addition to controlling Lamar Advertising, Sean and Kevin Reilly have been shareholders in RTC, a Louisiana telcom company.  The Greater Baton Rouge Business Report says RTC recently purchased Eatel, another Louisiana telcom provider, with the Reilly’s backing.

The Post and Courier has an article on religious billboards.  The article profiles a South Carolina businessman who spends $35,000/year on billboard evangelism and Christian Aid ministries, the non-profit that spends $4.4 million/year on billboards.

Billboards aren’t a form of speech?  Think again.  The Manhattan Kansas Mercury has an article on a local citizen who is running billboards criticizing the Manhattan city government.
