Yesterday Billboard Insider polled readers about how out of home sales reps should be paid.  Here are the highlights.

• Nearly 80% of Billboard Insider’s readers pay out of home sales reps a salary plus a sales commission.  Only 20% of readers pay a straight commission or draw against sales commission.
• When asked what the right level was for an out of home sales commission 71% of Billboard Insider’s readers picked 5-10% of revenue.
