Yes, steel prices are increasing quite dramatically, but other costs associated with materials have increased as well.  Shipping, hardware, paint, labor, etc.

6-10 weeks depending on the job

Our quotes are usually good for 90 days. Fortunately, we buy in bulk and have the room to store large quantities of pipe and steel, enabling us to hold prices for a longer period of time.
