MH OUTDOOR MEDIA LLC (MHOM) a subsidiary of MAC HAIK ENTERPRISES LTD, announced October 17th the acquisition of the East Alabama billboard assets of New South Outdoor. The acquisition includes 59 static and 13 digital billboards.
New South Outdoor will retain billboards in the Huntsville and Decatur, Alabama markets.
“New South has done a great job building a solid performing plant with high advertiser demand. We believe these assets are a great fit to our operation and will create a synergy with our other Alabama billboards,” said Blake Randolph, CFO of Mac Haik Enterprises LTD.
Neil Bell, owner of New South, said, “We have enjoyed developing and operating in the Auburn/Opelika markets over the past 3 years. We know that these assets are in good hands with MHOM.”
Max Drachman of Kalil & Co. acted as strategic and financial advisor to New South Outdoor on the transaction.
