The Winchester Star reports that a 58 year old Maryland man has been changed with a felony after allegedly stealing a billboard vinyl.  The billboard ad carried the following words:   ANY VOTE AGAINST A LUDWIG IS A VOTE FOR FREDERICK COUNTY.  SAY NO TO A LUDWIG CAMPAIGN.  The theft was captured on a trailcam.
