Mansfield-based Lind Companies (Lind Media Company, Lind SignSpring Group and Lind On-Premise Group) has announced four executive appointments.

Jennifer Schmidt, formerly Sales Manager for Lind Media Company, has been appointed Vice President of Sales for the Lind Companies, effective August 1. She will oversee all revenue operations for the combined companies.  Schmidt joined Lind Media Company in 2011 after a career in the billboard and fabric graphics print industry. A Wooster native and resident, she is active in her community, loves to travel, and assists with her daughter’s year round activities.

In addition, Lind Media Company has named Connor Griggs Sales Manager effective August 1, replacing Schmidt. He will lead a team of 6 Account Executives.  Griggs joined Lind Media   in 2018 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Senior Account Executive before rising to the position of Sales Manager. A Mansfield native and resident, he is also a new proud father of baby girl, Daisy.

Abram Kaple has been promoted to Senior Account Executive effective August 1.  Kaple joined Lind Media in 2016 as an Account Executive. He will continue to represent Lind in Northwest and Central Ohio markets while helping lead the Lind sales team.  Kaple is a New Washington native and also coaches H.S. and AAU club basketball.

Neil Johnson has been appointed Account Executive effective August 23. He succeeds Connor Griggs in serving Lind’s Northeast Ohio markets including Ashland, Wooster, Canton and Medina.  Johnson joins Lind Media Company from Yesco Outdoor, formerly the Land Manager in Salt Lake City, UT and running billboard operations in Casper, Wyoming.

Lind Media Company is Ohio’s largest independent outdoor company and a global supplier of patented Lind SignSpring products for the installation of fabric graphics for the billboard and signage industries.
