Johnny, if we remember correctly this is not your first transaction with Lindmark Outdoor? When and what were the details of the first transaction?

You are correct.  In 2017, we sold all of our New Mexico inventory to Lindmark.

How about this current transaction? Is this a sale of your remaining assets?

Yes, Lindmark purchased our entire plant which consisted of our Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas locations.

So what are your plans moving forward into the New Year?

No plans as of yet.  After doing this for the past 27 years, it’s going to take until well after the holidays to have this transaction actually sink in.
