Huntington Billboards (“Huntington”) announced today the sale of its Baton Rouge, LA outdoor advertising assets to McWhorter Media Group (“MMG”).  Stark Capital represented Huntington Billboards in the transaction.

The transaction included 90 existing advertising displays, along with 10 additional displays currently under development. The assets are located across the greater Baton Rouge market.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
