This is to announce the strategic divestiture of static and digital outdoor assets in California from Eagle Displays, Inc. to WestCoast Billboards.

The seller, Eagle Displays, Inc., headed by David Lindsey, operates a billboard plant in California.

The buyer, WestCoast Billboards, is a California-based out-of-home company with over 100 faces.

KALIL & CO., INC. was the Exclusive Broker for this transaction.
