WV Outdoor is a family owned out of home company serving West Virginia.  WV Outdoor was founded in 1929 by John Vickers Ray.  It is currently the largest independently owned outdoor billboard company in West Virginia, with over 1,400 faces throughout West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky and Maryland.  Bill Lodzinski has been named President and CEO at WV Outdoor after former CEO Wade Leslie’s untimely death.  Insider talked with Lodzinski.

Bill, what are your priorities for WV Outdoor for the next year?

My priority, first and foremost, is to take care of the people under my charge. We have an amazing team already in place at WV Outdoor and it is important that I not only help continue their success, but also help facilitate their future growth. The value they bring to our organization is immeasurable. Building trust, understanding and respect is paramount. Once that’s established, success becomes a natural byproduct.
