Vision Outdoor is the Mid-Atlantic’s only independent digital billboard operator with seven (7) faces including one static board in the Baltimore metropolitan area along interstates I-95, I-395 and I-83. Chris Ziolkowski, the Director of Sales, has twenty years of industry experience. Billboard Insider spoke with Chris about Vision Outdoors’s qualified, high-impact inventory and accommodating approach to regional and national sales.
How did Vision Outdoor enter the out of home business?
The company acquired several static billboard locations in 2017 and made the financial commitment to convert them to 14’ x 48’ Daktronics LED digital boards. This has maximized the advertising opportunities along these major commuter routes.
Tell us about your company
Vision Outdoor is unique in that its local roots and boutique size allow for flexible campaigns that suit a variety of marketing needs. While we have been successful with both Local and Regional customers, we also collaborate with National companies to leverage these premier locations. Vision Outdoor clients can reach to up to 75% of the Baltimore DMA through affordable select or network-wide placements.
What are some of your objectives for the coming years.
We just finished our 2023 forecasting and have defined exciting goals that include double digit Revenue growth. We will be the go-to operator for businesses looking to fortify their marketing mix in our region. We will remain focused on serving our existing customer base. We are going to continue focusing on marketers and agencies and provide responsive and cost-correct solutions. They appreciate it when you make it easy and fun! From mapping out an effective plan within budget, to design, contracting, programming and summary reporting, we are ready to meet the market’s needs. We also continuously search for opportunities to add new inventory and widen our reach.
