Regency outdoor advertising is a privately held company which was started in 1974 and operates a plant of billboards and spectaculars in Southern California.  In July 2018 Regency sold 35 billboards along the Sunset Strip to Netflix for $150 million.  In February 2021 Regency sold 87 faces in Los Angeles to New Tradition and Brian Kennedy acquired 100% of the shares of Regency from his brother Drake.  In May 2025 Regency purchased a vacant retail property on the Sunset Strip for $26 million.  Regency plans to develop the property.
