The CEO of Premier Outdoor Media is Dominick Vastino.  Dominick took some time for the following conversation with Billboard Insider.
Dom, can you share with us your background and how Premier Outdoor was started?
In my time at Fuel Outdoor I was directly engaged with the real estate department charged with the task of developing locations and restructuring the signage ordinance in major markets; Miami, Chicago, Dallas and LA. Once I left Fuel I co-founded the New Jersey based company Alliance Outdoor and when our assets were purchased in late 2015, I moved over to Landmark Dividend to help structure easement partnerships with billboard operators across the county. I was introduced to Sean Corbett, President, Sales and Marketing and we saw that our skill sets complemented each other and with the investment backing of Caruth Capital Partners we founded Premier Outdoor Media.
 
Tell us about your current inventory?  
Our inventory is a blend of digital and static which covers New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.  We have excellent inventory that services our clients looking to build their brands and reach their customers on a local regional and national scale.
 
Have you locked in on one digital manufacturer?
It made sense for us to streamline our portfolio with one company and we chose Watchfire, we’ll continue to use them as we build and grow.
 
We last talked in June of last year when you had acquired the assets of Jersey Premier Outdoor.  Has the integration of those assets been a success for your Company?
The transition in moving into the acquisition of these assets took some time but, we’re finally there.   Our goal in building a foundation for success was based in modernizing our internal systems, rebranding the company and most importantly building a winning sales driven team has us moving in the right direction.
 
Are you looking to continue to focus on growth opportunities over the next 12 months?
We’re very excited to continue the development of our core asset portfolio with digital conversion, organic and acquisition of assets that will strengthen our current foot print in the marketplace. We’re currently evaluating several asset acquisitions, which we look forward to sharing with you in 2019.
I also noticed on your web site that you have a link to buy ads on your digitals through Adomni.  Maybe you can tell us about that relationship?

We’ve partnered with Adomni as our programatic outlet for buyer engagement with our digital properties.  The advantage of having their platform allows us to capture advertising revenue that would have otherwise been missed and ultimately, we’re even more excited to build a base of new partnerships in building our clients brands. We’ve seen programmatic campaigns from larger advertisers like UFC, as well as, small ones from a local ice cream shop so, the success and momentum are trending upwards.
