Eastern Outdoor is an independently owned outdoor advertising company which specializes in high profile bulletins within the Baltimore and Washington DC markets.

Eastern Outdoor specializes in expressway bulletins including those adjacent I-83, I-95, I-395 and I-695 plus those along major thorough-fares. In the surrounding counties of Harford, Howard and Cecil, Eastern Outdoor offers bulletins adjacent primary arteries including US 1 and US 40.

The Company also reaches the Washington, DC Market through bulletins adjacent heavily traveled arteries, including US 1, US 50 and US 301. Coverage extends also to the I-95 corridor of Virginia both north and south of Fredericksburg.

The firm was started by Phillip Greenwell in 1932.
