Choice Media is an independent billboard company which was started with nine billboard displays in 1992.  Brad Tooley is the company’s founder and President. Choice Media and its sister billboard companies of Swift Outdoor headquartered in Waco, Texas and Dynamic in Lubbock operates more than 1,000 billboard displays across Texas, Eastern New Mexico and Western Oklahoma. The combined companies operate more than 50 digital displays.

Choice Media sister companies include ownership by Tooley’s son, Kris and wife Brooke in Waco; daughter Shanna and her husband Ty Jones of Lubbock and Doug Cowan, longtime Choice General Manager.

Choice Media is an operator associate in the IBOUSA.

In January 2023, Choice Media purchased Mesa Advertising’s  billboard plant in Elk City, Oklahoma and Clinton Oklahoma.
