What’s new at Blanning over the past year?
We have been working very hard to grow the Company and keep a high rental occupancy rate. I read insider every morning to start the day! We have revamped our land leases and our website using the information from insider!
We have added an new printer for our vinyl which is Outdoor Image Duluth Ga. Also we have some new installers. These changes really improved our service to our customers and increase income because of quicker installs and lower cost.
The economy seems to be doing well and we are at about 94.3% occupancy.
Since January We have bought 7 existing signs all of which are on interstates. We have two other locations which are under contract. We are also negotiating 5 new land leases.
Do you have any digital signs.
Have 3 digital locations. We use Formetco and have been very happy with them. We plan to convert two of our new locations to digital. We are going to be careful with this because digital sign management is a lot of work!
