Last we talked, Bass Ltd. was in a growth mode. Did Covid slow you down at all?
We are still growing strong! These are very exciting times for our team. We have had some permitting hurdles during Covid but for the most part that has been been resolved.
Have you added to your digital inventory? Which digital manufacturer do you use?
We have added several digital and static units to our inventory, with plans to add 5-6 more before years end. We use Watchfire, Daktronics, and Formetco for our digital boards. There are several factors that determine which manufacturer we will use on each location.
You were making a switch to a new operating system. Is that in place and has it helped with operations?
We have made the switch over to Apparatix. The transition was longer than expected but it has really helped us streamline our operations.
How do the three family members (Stephen, David and Beau) divide up duties?
Having a strong family team steering the ship has been a key part to our success. We each have unique roles, across all of our companies, that allows us to make it happen.
