On yesterday’s Geopath OAAA Virtual Seminar for independent operators LOOK Billboards and IBOUSA General Manager Chris Cowlbeck was asked for tips on managing through trying times and he said this:

All of this stuff is cyclical…we’ve been through cycles and will continue to go through cycles…Keep it positive…Wake up and have a positive attitude.  Hard times will circle back but you have to be focused.

I was talking to one of the IBO operators and he said I have so much time on my hands.  You know what I started doing.  I started calling my customers.  I’m now up 25%.

Clean up and enhance your core inventory.

Take new pictures and get connected to platforms.

Take pictures that have traffic in them.

Take better proof of performance pictures.
