Billboard revenue growth is slowing at the three public US out of home companies.  Causes include fewer national campaigns, weaknesses in California and entertainment and soft programmatic.   Look at these quarterly results for the past year.  Lamar’s excludes acquisitions, OUTFRONT is US media and Clear Channel is the Americas billboard group which excludes airports and international.
