Real estate Rep Position Job Description

• Scout new areas for billboards development
• Identify properties and meet with landowners
• Prepare lease agreements and purchase contracts
• Prepare permit applications and follow up
• Meet with local permit officials and attend public meetings
• Complete construction and line up jobs for completion
• Identify new areas for development and ride markets
• Help with existing  renewal leases and landowner relations
• Work directly with the owner on special projects
