Adams Outdoor has hired Matt Seifert as Regional Marketing Manager in Bethlehem Pennsylvania.

Matt is an experienced hire with several years of marketing and sales  experience in the outdoor advertising industry. Upon graduating from Penn State University in 2016 with degrees in communication and journalism, Matt began his career as an inside sales representative with Lamar Advertising in Reading, Pa. 

After nearly a year with Lamar, Matt’s teenage dream came true when presented with an opportunity to play professional volleyball in Europe. He then spent the next several years competing in Greece, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Volleyball has taken Matt to 7 different countries across Europe.  

When his career concluded, Matt got back into sales and marketing and eventually returned to Lamar Advertising in December of 2020. Matt picked up right where he left off finding success in the Philadelphia market, a top 5 DMA nationally. 

Matt brings a winning mindset along with a firm belief in outdoor advertising to Adams Outdoor. He is very eager to meet his team and bring much success to the Adams Outdoor markets. 

Matt enjoys playing volleyball on the grass, sand, or hardwood whenever he can. He is also an assistant coach for the Alvernia University Mens Volleyball program in Reading, Pa. In his spare time he enjoys reading, journaling, cooking, and spending time with his family.
