Robert Moore, President of Riley Outdoor also has an ownership interest in Patriot Outdoor  which he co-owns with Warren Stancil of Interstate Outdoor. Riley Outdoor was started in August 2005 when Eastern Outdoor was sold to Next Media Group in August 2005. Riley Outdoor was born out of that transaction.

Riley deployed their first digital face in Greenville, NC in November 2007 a 10’x30’ Daktronics Digital.  Insider wrote a story on the 10 year anniversary of the sign.
