US out of home revenues grew much faster than inflation or the economy during the second quarter of 2026. Out of home revenues increased 10.7% versus 7.9% growth for the US nominal GDP and 3.8% inflation. The strong out of home numbers are caused by a rebound in transit and airport advertising.
Out of home is once again a GDP plus business. Out of home revenues are up 6.8% for the trailing 12 months ended June 2026, versus 6.2% growth for US nominal GDP and 2.9% inflation during the same time period. Here are the numbers.
