Chattanooga, Tenn. – Plainview Outdoor Advertising rang in America 250 with the installation of a new Liberty Bell replica on one of their Chattanooga billboards.
The replica is a 50-pound metal cutout supplied by Chattanooga-Hamilton County “America 250” and Siskin Steel. It was installed on the billboard on June 15 to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary.
“When Chattanooga’s ‘America 250’ council asked if we wanted one of the Liberty Bell replicas, we knew there was no better place for it than overlooking downtown Chattanooga from our billboard,” said Plainview Outdoor Advertising COO, Josh Plain.
Plainview Outdoor Advertising was one of 50 organizations in Chattanooga, and the only billboard company, chosen to receive a Liberty Bell replica.
Located on Riverfront Parkway and Main Street near the entrance to Chattanooga’s newest professional stadium, the Liberty Bell replica greets tourists and locals alike as a reminder of the nation’s 250th anniversary.
