Pearl Media Launches Atlanta Beltline Network

Montclair, NJ — July 23, 2026 — Pearl Media, the out-of-home media company behind the first privately built digital network in Midtown Manhattan (MTWN Network), today announced it will launch a full-motion digital advertising network along the Atlanta Beltline, creating a new opportunity for brands to connect with audiences across one of the country’s most active and closely watched urban redevelopment corridors.

The network is scheduled to launch in Q3 across nearly 17 miles of the Atlanta Beltline corridor. The Atlanta Beltline is a planned 22-mile loop of trails, parks, transit, and public spaces that connects 45 neighborhoods and draws an estimated 2.5 million visits a year.

Meeting Atlanta’s Active Consumers Where No Screen Has Reached Them Before

The Atlanta Beltline has become one of the city’s most visible centers of movement, culture, recreation, and economic activity. The corridor connects some of Atlanta’s most active destinations, including Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the Historic Fourth Ward, and a growing mix of residential, retail, restaurant, office, and entertainment destinations.

Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Piedmont Park, and companies such as Intuit Mail Chimp and Rivian dot one of the busiest urban corridors in the U.S. with premium foot traffic at the intersection of culture and one of the country’s largest urban redevelopment projects booming with residential and commercial development and emerging growth.

Unlike roadside digital billboards designed for audiences moving at vehicle speed, the Atlanta Beltline Digital Network is designed to reach people moving at a human pace — walking, running, biking, skating, commuting, and spending time along the trail. For advertisers, the network offers a rare combination of full-motion creative, eye-level placement, high dwell time, and proximity to an active, mobile audience with a strong concentration of adults ages 25–44 — a digitally fragmented demographic that is increasingly difficult to reach consistently through any single traditional or digital media channel.

The Beltline has also become a major driver of Atlanta’s growth. According to a recent economic impact analysis, the project sustains 91,000 jobs and $23 billion in annual economic output. The Atlanta Beltline has also surpassed its original private investment goal hitting $14.2 billion by the end of 2025.  Last month, the opening of the Southside Trail brought the connected trail network to nearly 17 miles, further expanding access across the corridor ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026™, which brought eight matches to Atlanta’s downtown stadium this summer.

For brands, the network creates a new way to engage a diverse mix of residents, workers, students, visitors, families, commuters, and trail users in a highly active outdoor environment. The kiosks will also support the Beltline user experience through digital maps, wayfinding, local business discovery, event information, and other community-facing content.

Where People Spend Time and Brands Can Connect

“Pearl specializes in bringing networks to where people are,” said Josh Cohen, CEO of Pearl Media. “The Beltline is the rare American public space where people choose to be, often for hours, on foot, on bike, skateboard, roller blade, or just hanging out, with their attention less divided. We’re the first media company to connect brands to this audience. This private network is designed for brands to integrate with the community, rather than interrupt people’s lives.”

The Atlanta Beltline Digital Network will feature:

  • 22 double-sided 86” large-format full motion digital kiosks, 44 faces in total, positioned at eye level along the trail.
  • Total delivery: 5,510,572 impressions every four weeks.

“This program is part of the Atlanta Beltline’s role as a 22-mile innovation corridor across the city, providing technology solutions that help connect residents, students, visitors, and the broader community while enhancing the overall Beltline user experience,” says Clyde Higgs, President and CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc.

This launch is also being developed in partnership with eX² Technology, which serves as Atlanta Beltline’s program manager and infrastructure partner, supporting the planning, deployment, and management of infrastructure that helps enable new digital and smart city opportunities along the corridor.  RoveiQ served as the technology partner providing the full-service digital kiosks and interactive solutions.

The Atlanta launch follows the playbook set by Pearl’s Midtown Digital Network in Manhattan, which recorded more than 3 billion impressions in its first full year and reaches a similar premium audience. The Atlanta Beltline Digital Network brings the same private, eye-level, full-motion experience to one of the nation’s most distinctive urban trail and public space environments.
