Who Makes What at the Public Out of Home Companies

Here’s a breakdown of who makes what at the public out of home companies for 2025, sponsored and analyzed by SignValue.  We have listed the total compensation of each executive together with the total stock performance, enterprise value and revenues at each company.

Some comments.

  • Lamar Advertising’s Sean Reilly is the highest paid CEO.  This is as it should be.   Lamar had an off year in total stock return during 2025 but its enterprise value and revenues exceed OUTFRONT and Clear Channel Outdoor by a wide margin.
  • OUTFRONT’s former CEO Jeremy Male departed effective March 31, 2026 and his 2026 compensation includes severance and termination payments.
  • Nicholas Brien’s compensation is partial year because he was named CEO at OUTFRONT Media in February 2025.
  • It’s not unusual for a new CEO to clean house and that’s happened at OUTFRONT.  Four senior executives departed during 2025: Chief Commercial Officer Andy Sriubus January 2025; Chief Revenue Officer Clive Punter April 2025; Chief Marketing Officer Jodi Senese July 2025; and Chief Human Resources Officer Nancy Tostanoski in September 2025.
  • Clear Channel Outdoor execs will receive a huge payday in 2026 when the sale to Mubadala closes because restricted stock and performance stock units will vest and be paid.  The total payout to Clear Channel employees will be $116 million of which CEO Scott Wells gets $16 million, General Counsel Lynn Feldman gets $4.3 million, and CFO David Sailor gets $5.5 million.
