How did you happen to get involved in the out of home business?
Tower Title started off as a title company built to service infrastructure companies. Regarding our entry to out-of-home, what began as a one‑off title diligence request from an out‑of‑home operator quickly became a defining moment. For us, performing title diligence on this type of asset was “business as usual” due to its similarity to other asset types we service. However, our client was surprised by how seamless, efficient, and dependable the process was.
Unlike traditional title companies that shift their resources based on the ups and downs of mortgage rates, Tower Title made a deliberate decision to focus exclusively on infrastructure asset operators—those who develop, acquire, and lease assets, such as out‑of‑home advertising. These operators face a critical challenge: limited access to reliable property records and title solutions, where even a small defect can delay or derail the acquisition or development of a site.

Good to see billboard easements are addressed in title work as they are almost like a fee interest. ie: a real property interest in a property location for billboard use…. Although the location could be used for other things if legally defined in the agreements..
