Laissez les bons temps rouler! For those of you that don’t speak Louisiana Cajun French, that means “Let the good times roll!” And, that’s exactly what Chris Cowlbeck, Sarah Davis, and the rest of the crew at IBO have in mind for the 2026 Spring IBO Conference in New Orleans from April 14-17.

A full agenda is once again provided, including interesting and educational seminars and round table discussions, and fun and exciting evening activities and dinners. As usual, there’s plenty of opportunity for networking and catching up with old friends over a beer or coffee.

Chris, Mike, and I will be presenting on Wednesday, April 15,  at 2:30, on our book recently published with Billboard Insider, Rothfelder & Falick on Billboard Law. You may have heard that the book covers virtually every aspect of billboard litigation and transactions, and we’ll summarize and highlight the eight chapters on First Amendment challenges; permit, taxation, and other governmental disputes; lease, easement, ad contract, and asset purchase agreement drafting and litigating; eminent domain and amortization; and more.

We’re also looking forward to a lot of audience participation, and have prepared several questions on billboard law to ask those in attendance. And, don’t be shy, because the first correct answers are going to receive free copies of the book. So, study up, on both your billboard law and your Louisiana Cajun French, and we’ll see you soon in New Orleans!
